We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any submitted content at our discretion without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Pour Trail — including text, editorial descriptions, design, logos, and code — is owned by Pour Trail or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Festival names, dates, and factual details are not owned by us. Individual festival brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may share links to Pour Trail pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce entire pages or listings without permission.

5. Disclaimers — Festival Information Accuracy

Pour Trail aggregates festival information from public sources and festival organizers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that festival dates, prices, venues, or other details are current or correct.

Festival events are subject to change or cancellation at the organizer's discretion. Always verify details directly with the festival organizer or their official website before making travel or ticket purchases. Pour Trail is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated festival information.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites including ticketing platforms, festival websites, and organizer pages. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
