Uncorked: JAX is an after-hours wine festival at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens in Jacksonville, Florida, on Saturday, November 7, 2026, with unlimited tastings of more than 100 wines and sparkling wines from around the world, craft cocktail samples, a live DJ and band, food vendors and the run of the zoo after dark with a glass in hand. Early admission is $85 at 7 PM with an extra hour and bonus pours; general admission is $70 at 8 PM for three hours.
Food is sold separately, the event is 21 and over, and tickets are non-refundable. It is produced by Uncorked Wine Festivals, which runs the same format in ballparks, racetracks and zoos around the country. The zoo is on the Trout River off Heckscher Drive, ten minutes north of downtown Jacksonville.
