Harford County Wine Festival is a 21-and-over tasting of more than 200 wines at Rockfield Manor, 501 East Churchville Road, in Bel Air, Maryland, on Saturday, September 26, 2026, hosted by the Rockfield Foundation. The wines are selected by Bel Air Liquors, an Oktoberfest beer garden pours alongside, The Rescue Party and New Normal play, and local crafters and artisans sell.
General admission is $60 with 1 PM entry and a souvenir glass. The limited Wine Enthusiast tier adds 11:30 AM early entry and festival swag; VIP ($140, limited) adds early entry, a 15-ounce glass and wine bag, and a private area inside the manor with farm-to-table stations from The Local, Pairings Bistro and One Eleven Main. Designated drivers, who must still be 21, enter at 11:30 and get free non-alcoholic drinks at the hydration station.
