The North Carolina Wine Festival is an annual event at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons (near Winston-Salem).The state's largest and longest-running wine festival includes more than 100 NC wines—from sweet to dry—available for tasting. We also have local craft beverages (beers, ciders and spirits).
