Raleigh International Wine & Beer Festival is a free-admission street festival at City Plaza in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 12 to 8 PM, and the 2026 Oktoberfest edition marks its fifth year. Produced by NC Vibes, it pours wines and beers from roughly 15 countries alongside international food vendors, live music all day, a passport challenge with stamps and prizes, People's Choice awards for favorite wine and beer, and a costume contest open to Halloween, Oktoberfest or international dress.
Entry is free; tasting is sold in packages, from an Explorer passport tasting package and a Connoisseur package with a souvenir glass to by-the-glass and bottle purchases. Select bottles can be bought to take home. City Plaza is at the south end of Fayetteville Street, a block from the convention center and the R-Line downtown circulator.
