Woodway Wine & Food Fest is the City of Woodway's annual evening wine and food festival, held at The Pavilion at the Carleen Bright Arboretum in Woodway, Texas, on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 6 to 9 PM. The 2026 theme is Around the World: a diverse selection of wines matched with culinary creations and live music over three hours in the arboretum's pavilion.
Tickets are $55 per person. A VIP table is $550 for eight and includes reserved seating, a charcuterie board for the table to share, and a gift. Woodway is a small city on the west side of Waco, and the arboretum is its main event venue, so parking is on site. The organizers had not published the wine list at time of writing.
