Bloomin' Wine Fest, the kick-off event of the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival, is held every spring in beautiful, historic Old Town Winchester, Virginia.This unique event takes place over two days (Friday/Saturday) amongst the shops and restaurants along the Loudoun Street walking mall in downtown Winchester. Taste wines from around the state as you browse and shop.
